Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Carnegie Building began its life in 1903 as Chattanooga’s first public library and one of Andrew Carnegie’s most noteworthy libraries. Today, Cumberland Title happily re-opens the doors of this historic building to our customers, our friends, and our community.
