Our reserved customer parking deck and main lobby entrance are both located directly adjacent to our office building. Cumberland Title & Guaranty Co. is located inside the historic Carnegie Building on the corner of East Eighth Street and Georgia Avenue. Please note, you will see both the historic Carnegie Building sign on our office building, as well as signs which read Cumberland Title & Guaranty Co. Our historic building faces East Eighth Street and our reserved customer parking area and the entrance to our main lobby are located at the rear of the building.

To access both our reserved customer parking area and our main lobby entrance, please take an immediate right once you pass our office building on East Eighth Street. To enter the customer parking area and our main lobby entrance under the portico, you will turn right on East Eighth Street directly between Cumberland Title & Guaranty Co. and The Basilica of Saints Peter & Paul.

• Turn on to East 8th Street from Georgia Avenue.
  (8th Street is one way)

• Make a right turn into the reserved customer parking area located between our building and the Basilica of Saints Peter & Paul.

Please note this is the private parking area of Cumberland Title & Guaranty Co. and the parking spaces are reserved for our valued customers and guests. You will not need to use a parking meter or purchase a parking ticket. Please just park and enter.
